Neon Yellow

We're deep in Mixing Patterns Week. I went with neon on top and grounded it with a neutral patterned skirt on the bottom. I love the textured look of the skirt with the pop of brightness. And that band at the waist highlights my middle which is always a plus. The bright blouse under a light, beachy sweater isn't something I do often, but I like it. It gives more visual interest. I think the tights are also a good foundation for the look - if I had bare legs, I don't think it would be as streamlined.
